The impact of gun violence is even more pronounced among teens and young adults. Firearms are also a major cause of non-fatal injuries. The public health approach to reducing violence emphasizes the prevention of violence before it occurs. Education is the key to maintaining public health.

Our program is designed to demonstrate the scope of gun violence, the role of the law, as well as utilizing some evidence-based programs aimed at reducing gun violence. We cam decide we are not longer willing to accept violence. Gaining additional insight can help turn pain into action.
